Digital Products

Apps and digital tools that create value

Over 100 digital products built since 2009 across commercial, health, IoT and industrial applications. We build technology that works for users and for the business behind them.

Right fit

This is for you if…

  • You need a product built by a team that has shipped this kind of thing before.
  • The product has to work for real users and for the business model behind it.
  • You would rather have a strong first version in months than a full specification in years.
  • You want the code, the infrastructure and the knowledge to be genuinely yours.

What we do

What we build

01

Mobile applications

Native and cross-platform apps for iOS and Android, from consumer health products to field tools used in industrial settings. Built for the conditions they will actually run in, including poor connectivity.

02

Web platforms

Customer portals, internal tools and data-heavy interfaces. The unglamorous systems that a business runs on and that determine whether people enjoy their jobs.

03

IoT and connected products

Software for hardware: device connectivity, telemetry, provisioning and the companion experiences that make physical products more valuable to their owners.

04

Integration and back-end

APIs, data pipelines and integration with ERP, CRM and production systems. Usually where the real complexity sits, and where the value is unlocked or lost.

05

Product design

Interface and interaction design driven by what the product has to achieve commercially, not by what looks current. Design and engineering in the same team, not sequential handovers.

06

Operation and evolution

Release management, monitoring, and a steady cadence of improvement after launch. A product that stops changing starts losing.

How it runs

How a build runs

Usually delivered as our AI Implementation Partnerpackage.

  1. Discovery

Understand the users, the commercial model and the constraints. We look for the smallest version that would genuinely be worth having.

  2. First version

Design and build the core, in short cycles with working software at the end of each. You see progress in the product, not in a status report.

  3. Real use

Release to real users and instrument what happens. What people do with a product routinely differs from what they say they will do.

  4. Scale

Harden, integrate and expand what is working — and retire what is not. Handover of code and knowledge is planned from the start, not negotiated at the end.
